Corporate M&A sr Bilbao
From Fed Finance, we are seeking for a Corporate Finance Analyst for one of our costumers to join its Bilbao´s Corporate Finance team.
TU FUNCIÓN
The selected candidate will assume the following main responsibilities:
-New business initiatives, including pitchbooks to companies and international investors;
-Execution of M&A deals, involving industry analysis, financial modelling, company valuation and deal structuring;
-Valuations and financial analysis through modelling;
-Creating management presentations: teasers, pitch books, IM, etc;
The process will be like this:
-1st interview with the Fed Finance consultant.
-2nd interview with the corporate finance responsable.
-3rd interview with a part of business council
TU PERFIL
Expected skills and experience include:
-Degree in BA or Economy. Masters in Finance or MBAs is a plus;
-4+ years working in M&A, consulting or auditing;
-Excellent financial modelling and valuation and accounting skillset;
-Proficiency in the use of Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook;
-Strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills;
-Strong academic background / results and financial knowledge (accounting and company valuation) and understanding of financial statements;
-Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to contribute your own ideas and work autonomously;
-The successful candidate needs to speak Spanish and English fluently;
-Attention to detail.
