Finance Manager Madrid
From Fed Finance we are looking for a Finance Manager of an international company in Barcelona

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, your key responsibilities will include:
Ownership of monthly accounting processes which include management and statutory accounts (Spanish GAAP), ensuring all information and reports submitted are accurate and of the highest standard
Produce and analyse monthly management accounts, along with commentary and key variance analysis which will be reported directly to the Group Financial Controller
Assist with the preparation of the annual accounts, along with statutory tax reporting and own the audit planning and delivery process.
Analyse and report business metrics including Financial and business-related KPIs
Business partner and cross departmental collaboration with non-finance professionals, communicating essential information from a finance perspective in a non-finance way
Support and drive improvements in efficiencies, taking the lead on any process improvements identified
Involvement in local budget discussions regarding future budget preparation and cashflow planning, operating with a commercial mentality

Salary range: 40k to 45k annual gross.
TU PERFIL
Qualifications
Qualified Accountant (Bachelors' Degree in Business Administration and Management, Accounting and Finance, Economics or similar
Working experience in a Private Equity owned business is highly advantageous
Must be a high-level communicator, both written and verbally with a solid grasp of English
Good understanding of Spanish GAAP and International Accounting standards (IFRS)
Advanced Excel and Data Analytical skills
Up to date Tax & Financial Standard knowledge relevant to sector would be highly beneficial.
At least 2 years managing accounting in Spain. You must know the tax management in Spain and its legislation.
